First time Good service will be back soon for the second time. First time I got was and set with Deep Conditioner and Hot Oil Treatment.

Dilapidated conditions and extremely nasty attitudes. I walk in for a blowout first they tell me one price and then since I have extensions they raised the price which is fine, but I get to the bowl and the shampoo girl with the red hair starts detangling my hair, And as she’s doing that she’s talking crap about my hair in Spanish and is huffing and puffing because she had to de tangle my hair. I’m texting a friend about it she looks into my phone and says is there something you want to say in a very aggressive and confrontational tone and it was then where I decided to just leave. Never in my life as a beauty service professional myself and as a consumer have I ever been disrespected this way.

Love this place. The ladies who work here are super sweet who do a great job straightening my curly hair. They are also very affordable. You cant go wrong with pretty hair, good pricing and a comfortable, sweet atmosphere. 5 stars baby!

Came in looking for an updo. I showed Luisa a pic of what I wanted, and she made my dreams come true. She asked my opinion, had me check (put my glasses on😁) to make sure I was happy, and explained to me what she was doing.

I rated a 2 because I now have a bald spot and shedded edges. My hair was straighten from curly to straight. But I shouldn't have a painful scalp, bald spot, and sheedding edges.They switched stylist without any words, that's probably why they switched. Before and after pics...you decide. They are bilingual at this location. My scalp was burning when they were washing my head. I told the lady who shampooed me and she acted confused. I should have known better because the entire place was smoky when I entered but it was crowded, so I thought it was good. Plus my daughter recommended them. They were pulling my hair and I had to have them stop. The reason I came to them is because I wanted to see how long my hair had grown since I did the big chop in 2018. After 5 days my scalp is still hurting. That's the only why I shared.
